How quickly will I get a quote?

Within one business day of the consultation, and it usually runs 15 to 20 minutes by video or in person, longer on a bigger home. The estimate is in writing before anything is booked.

Do I have to be home for the walkthrough?

No. Most walkthroughs are done by video on a phone, room by room, at a time that suits you. In-person visits are available if you would rather, and are worth it for larger or more complicated homes.

How far ahead should I call?

Two to four weeks for most of the year. Peak season runs May through September, and the end of any month books up first, so give it four to eight weeks if your date falls in one of those.

What do you need to know to quote accurately?

Both addresses, the date, and a look at what is moving. Stairs, a long carry from the truck to the door, tight parking and anything oversized are the details that change the number, and seeing them up front is what makes an accurate estimate possible.
